Effects generally, additional sanctions on Iran will make it harder for foreign businesses to do business there. European companies have already stopped doing some business with Iran. Foreign oil sales will be reduced. Iran will have less access to foreign capital. It will be more difficult for Iranian people and companies to buy foreign products, one because of sanctions, two because depreciation of the currency.
