Held in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, China from 27 October to 30 October 2016, the China Trademark Forum it one of the most important annual events for Chinese Trademark Attorneys. This year we sent the wonderful Tracy Ning and the delightful Celia Wang, both Trademark Attorneys, on our behalf.
In attendance this year were around 1400 registered participants, most of who included IP professionals from law firms and corporations. Additionally, around 400 foreign guests participated in this year’s event.

Speeches were delivered by local officials, lawyers, WIPO officials, EU officials, foreign experts, judges from the IP court and judges from the local High Court.
When asked to sum up the forum in one sentence Tracy said:
It’s a great place to learn new things and to improve my knowledge of unfamiliar areas. I found the forums related to trademark valuations particularly interesting.
