On November 9th of 2011, attorney Agustin Velazquez from AVAH Legal, a Mexican law firm, and Chinese trade specialist Miguel Delgado visited Lehman Lee & Xu’s Shanghai office. Due to the increase of Chinese outbound investment to Latin America, the group of gentlemen setout to create a Latin American network and develop a scope of services and layout a plan to develop industry studies, connect with key organizations, and plan events.
There are many individuals and organizations aware of the increase of China outbound investment. As Chinese companies become more experienced with the challenges and risks of doing business abroad, there will be a natural migration to service providers that can be trusted. The China Outbound Investment LinkedIn Group has been created to attract key players and decisions makers as an “incubator” for a future fee-based full-service commerce association.
