OR when a business is seeking supplier of certain commodities on some e-commerce platform, somebody alleges that he has such commodities in China, and asks the purchaser to pay certain amount to an account in a Chinese bank, but actually he has no such commodities, even the company address is fake, and the “seller” disappeared when attorney stepped in….
