Lawmakers Consult Public On Urban Public Transport Rules

The draft document requires urban planning authorities to give priority to the use of land for urban public transport facilities when organizing the preparation of the traffic control plans, making it clear that no entity or individual shall illegally occupy land used for urban public transport facilities. The document clarifies the conditions and procedures which an urban public transport enterprise must meet and go through when it files an application with the urban public transport administrative authorities for the operation licence and the operating right of urban public transport routes.
